AGD1 is a member of ARF GAP domain (AGD) which have 15 members in Arabidopsis, grouped into four classes. AGD1 belongs to the class 1, together with AGD2 (AT1G60860), AGD3 (AT5G13300) and AGD4 (AT1G10870). It is the regulator of membrane trafficking. And it is required for maintaining a straight growth of root hairs. |
